What happens when you upload a report
Your report is stored encrypted and tied to your account only. It is never pooled with other users' data, never sold, and never shared with insurers, employers, or advertisers.
How AI reads your report
organa uses a third-party AI vision model to read and explain your report. The report image is sent to that provider only to generate your explanation. We do not sell or share your results with anyone else.
Delete everything, anytime
Every report, imported document, and health detail on your account is removed from our live systems immediately when you ask, no dark patterns and nobody to contact. Routine database backups may retain a copy for up to 7 days afterward, per our hosting provider's standard backup retention. Sign in and use the "Delete my data" action on your records page to do it yourself, at any time.
